Meet Ashley & Alysha Belle

 Founders of Thee Belle Twins LLC

We’re Ashley and Alysha Belle, sisters, certified stretch coaches, and proud founders of Thee Belle Twins LLC. Our journey began in the world of gymnastics, competitive cheerleading, and dance, where we quickly learned that stretching isn’t just an afterthought — it’s the foundation of peak performance.

Our passion for movement was elevated during our time as Division 1 collegiate cheerleaders at NC State University, where we embraced the intensity and discipline of elite athletics. After graduation, we came full circle, coaching the USAG Girls’ team at the gym where our journey began. We witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of flexibility—not just for performance and recovery, but for lifelong health and well-being. Stretching became more than a routine; it became a powerful tool for longevity, healing, and empowering lives beyond the competitive floor.

Through our experiences, we identified a critical gap: the need for accessible, effective stretching routines for people of all ages and abilities. That realization became our mission — to bring the power of daily stretching to everyone, everywhere.

At Thee Belle Twins LLC, we specialize in personalized private sessions and high-energy group classes. Our classes are designed for 15 participants or more, creating a vibrant, supportive atmosphere. Whether it's active flexibility training or assisted table stretching techniques, we tailor every session to your unique goals — whether that’s boosting athletic performance, improving mobility, or simply finding relief from everyday stress.

Our ultimate goal is simple: to empower you to move better, feel better, and live better. Through intentional stretching, we’re building a community dedicated to lifelong health, flexibility, and vitality.
