1. Services Provided
Thee Belle Twins LLC provides stretching, mobility training, and wellness services tailored
to individual needs. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time
without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
3. Free Trial & Billing
By signing up for our 7-day free trial, you agree to our trial terms. If you do not cancel before
the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged the subscription rate. No
refunds will be issued once the subscription becomes active.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require 24 hour notice. Late
cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions or fees.
5. Health & Safety
You acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. By participating in our
services, you confirm that you are physically able and have disclosed any medical
conditions. We are not liable for injuries sustained during sessions.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials provided by Thee Belle Twins LLC are our intellectual
property and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thee Belle Twins LLC is not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if users violate these terms or behave
inappropriately.
9. Client Intake & Consent Requirement
To ensure the safety and effectiveness of our stretching services, all clients are required to
complete a Client Intake Form and sign a Consent and Liability Release Form prior to
receiving any services from Thee Belle Twins LLC. These forms gather important
information regarding your medical history, physical condition, and any areas of concern or
limitation.
By signing these forms, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to
date, and you agree to inform your stretch coaches of any changes to your health or
medications. Participation in our services without completing these forms may result in
denial of service for your safety and ours.
Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may result in an increased risk of injury, for
which Thee Belle Twins LLC will not be held liable. These forms also provide your informed
consent and agreement to the terms outlined for receiving active flexibility and assisted
stretching therapy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes
acceptance of the revised terms.
